Quality Policy

Mikro-F Ltd. has been successfully operating in the Ukrainian market and beyond since 1995. Over this time, the Company has established itself as a reliable supplier of material-handling and warehouse equipment from globally recognized manufacturers.

The Quality Policy is an integral part of the quality management system of Mikro-F Ltd. and is aimed at creating stable and effective process management in the field of quality based on technical, financial, legal, and other regulatory approaches. Its purpose is to achieve and maintain competitive advantages in the market while meeting the needs and expectations of customers and other stakeholders.

The Quality Policy of Mikro-F Ltd. is implemented through:

• applying quality-management principles defined by ISO 9000 standards;

• complying with international and national regulatory and technical requirements, including European directives, as well as internal regulations of Mikro-F Ltd.;

• manufacturing its own forklifts (Lviv-produced diesel and carburetor forklifts of the MF series) with load capacities from 2.5 to 16 tons and automatic transmission;

• organizing incoming and in-process quality control of work, design and technological documentation, and all material and technical resources used at every stage of production;

• using new technologies and modern equipment;

• integrating components from well-known manufacturers;

• maintaining certificates for equipment and materials supplied by leading global producers;

• supplying material-handling and warehouse equipment from world-known companies such as Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift, Toyota, Pramac, and ZHEJIANG HANGCHA IMP. & EXP. CO., LTD.;

• operating on the market as an official dealer of Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift, Pramac (Italy), and ZHEJIANG HANGCHA IMP. & EXP. CO., LTD. (China);

• offering a wide selection of spare parts and components for forklifts and the full range of other material-handling equipment from well-known brands in Japan, Europe, and the USA; tires from manufacturers such as Marangoni, Nexen Tire, DEESTONE, STARKO UNICORN, Rezynoplast; traction batteries from SUNLIGHT (Greece) and Jasz-Plasztik Ltd.; chargers from Powergen (Italy) and Ukrainian manufacturer Kometa-SDE; a wide range of attachments of our own production as well as equipment from Kaup, Cascade, and MIK (Hangzhou Vanguard Machinery Co., Ltd., China);

• ensuring a constant stock of a wide range of Japanese and Chinese forklift spare parts in our warehouse, with fast delivery on request (3–7 business days);

• providing professional consultations to customers regarding the choice of forklifts and warehouse equipment;

• performing high-quality major and current repairs, along with service maintenance of forklifts;

• offering reliable forklift and warehouse equipment rental services;

• ensuring continuous professional development of personnel in quality management;

• improving employee motivation systems to enhance the quality of products and services.
